June Highlights

At Burjeel Cancer Institute, we marked a global milestone by becoming the world’s first institution to administer Etcamah (camizestrant), a targeted oral therapy for breast cancer.

We received first-time corporate credit ratings from S&P Global Ratings and Moody’s Ratings, recognizing our strong market position, disciplined financial policy, corporate governance, and commitment to transparency.

We successfully priced our landmark USD 500 million inaugural Sukuk, the first MENA healthcare Sukuk since 2018, attracting a USD 1.6 billion global orderbook and achieving 3.2x oversubscription.

At Lifecare Hospital, we launched a Seasonal Illness Clinic to expand specialized infectious disease care, strengthen prevention and early detection, and ensure timely access to treatment.

We achieved several clinical milestones across our network, including the successful treatment of a one-in-a-million rare disease, complex bowel surgery performed on a 15-day-old newborn, and the removal of a 16-kg ovarian cyst from a pregnant patient.
